Returns

You can simply return an item(s), within 30 days after receiving it, by sending it back in the original box it came in. You can put your return label on the box, but make sure you cannot see any other labels. This to prevent any mistakes or misunderstanding with the post-office.

Depending on the delivery method, you could always give your packet to a Service point nearby, or send a request towards one of the services nearby to pick your returning order up.

ALWAYS ask for proof of that your package has been sent this way. Within 14 business days we will refund the money you have paid for the order if the products are in a normal condition. Please read our Terms & Conditions for more information.

Shipping Worldwide

We ship worldwide. In order to guarantee a sustainable delivery, we tend to use eco-friendly delivery services where possible. In The Netherlands we use the Fietskoeriers. We try to make our delivery as neutral as possible, so that you can enjoy a sustainable delivery, and a sustainable product!

Tracking

Whenever you place an order at M-Oskarsson.com, you automatically receive a track & trace code. This code is used to track your package. Because we use organic and quite expensive materials, we want to guarantee that our products that are being sent get to you in a safe and clean manner. That is why you always receive a track & trace code. None of our sent items can be lost this way.

What if the product doesn’t match the description?

We try to describe our products in a way that is as discrete as possible. This would also contain the used materials, how the product feels and what can be expected. The pictures used to show the products are self-made by our photographer. If you receive a product that doesn't match the description, you can send the product back to us. We will review the product and check it thoroughly if there aren't any damages. If the product is approved, you will get a refund. 

 
What if my product is not the right size?

We have a certain way of explaining how our products fit and are supposed to fit. To explain this further, we have added an extra measuring table for you to see what size is best. If the product does not fit the way it is supposed to, you can send the product back to us, and either get a refund or a different size, if the product is in the same condition as it was when we sent it. How much time do I have to return an item(s)?

All items that are returned within 30 days after the order has been received will be accepted. In order to return item(s), you have to notify us that you are sending it back to us. We will ask for proof that you have sent the items, and will wait for the package to arrive. Any returns that are sent after the 30 days-period, or which are not in a normal condition will not be accepted.

How do I know if Oskarsson has received my item(s)?

As soon as we have received your returned item(s), we will notify you with the confirmation. Within 3 business days, we will respond whether you’ll get a refund, or that something else will happen. 

Do I have to pay to return an item(s)

No! We refund the costs of shipping, or you can use the folder that is delivered to you in order to send back.

What payment methods do we provide?

We are trying to make it easier for you to pay for your products, which is why we accept most payment options. This including Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, iDeal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro and Klarna Afterpay. In the future, we tend to apply more possibilities to pay.

What to do if I receive a wrong order or product?

If you receive an item that is incorrect, you can send it back to us. We will process the returned item(s), and keep you up to date about the status of your order. Read our Terms & Conditions for more information about this.
